I hired Attorney James R. Traut to represent me in a clear-cut legal malpractice lawsuit. I answered all of his questions over a 20-minute phone conversation and gave him all the details he requested, including the exact amount of the lawsuit. He then requested all of the personal and private details of the case and told me he was ready to go once he received them. He then abandoned me suddenly and refused to answer any texts or phone calls. Horrible experience!

I hired Jim Traut to sue for injuries I received in an accident caused by a drunk driver. I was always kept up to date on what was going on. Jim or someone from his staff always took my calls or returned them. Because they file your lawsuit right away, my case was resolved quickly and for top dollar. I would definitely use Jim again!
