This lawyer is awsome he has so much compassion i love this guy my case is still pending i have all trust in him

Fakhimi & Associates has been there to help me fight a good fight a couple of times now. I'm a blue collar plumber and work hard for what I have to offer my house. You put heart and soul into a company, you hope that the hard work and dedicated you put into your craft, they would reward you for what you do for the company.... they take advantage of you and your time. Time away from your family, holiday functions, and just life. Recently my old employer did just that... I decided to fight and this office helped me. They helped me get back what my family was owed. Houman Fakhimi himself personally made sure my house wasn't robbed. This is going to be a good if not the best, Christmas my home has ever seen. I hired Mr. Fakhimi in 2021 for my son. I understand that lawyers get busy but this is unacceptable. He's been to one court date, he's never went to visit my son, he does not answer nor return calls/texts and I have also been waiting to receive a copy of my sons discovery since May 12, 2022. I definitely would not refer him to ANYONE and you're better off using a public defender. I only applied 1 star because without it I was unable to post my review. My next stop is to file a complaint with the Ca Bar Association!

He is very knowledgeable and informative, after working with 2 others attorneys prior to him who failed my case he explained the situation to me used his talent and my case dismissed. I highly recommend Mr Fakhimi,if you’re looking for honest attorney and not just someone who wants your money. I’m forever grateful for what he did for my life! You can’t go wrong with this attorney.

Stay away from this lawyer save your time and money this lawyer doesn't know what he is doing. Paid him and he never showed up to court we had to constantly call and text him to do his job and when he did get back to us it was pure rudness and constant threats.! STAY AWAY !

Waited so long to post this review, had to wait after my cases were dropped to make this review. Because of all the threats he made against me and my family to ruin us in court, because we felt he wasn't doing his job correctly, 24 court dates and he only showed up for 3, he wanted me to sign for 4years 85% and go back to prison... well for his own mistakes he sent my new lawyer to step in for him on sentencing date and new lawyer seen the mistakes and neglect instantly, that he didn't let me sign the bad deal. Fired fakhimi and instantly DA went down on deals, now we got 1 case dropped and signed for misdemeanor. Trust the reviews please stay awake from this crook he takes your money and makes fake promises..worst lawyer I've ever dealt with. A public defender can help you more than this guy. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN WELL-BEING AND FAMILIES

Houman took my mom’s payment in full up front, and then did nothing to fight for me. He barely showed up at the courthouse just before lunch, and that’s only if he didn’t send one of his associates. I watched as this dude became so enthralled in reading newspaper articles about current events in his home country, while completely ignoring the judge and half assed listening to me. One of my charges was a wobbler, and he was cool with it landing on the felony side. No argument from him. $7,500 for worse representation than I could have had from a public defender. West court in OC does not like him.
