I had lost all hope. My C&P exam was a disaster. The evaluating nurse was argumentative and extremely rude. I filed a complaint but nothing happened. We can not than Maurice L. Abarr enough for his handling of our son's VA claim! I had a complex VA legacy case case that went back into the 70's. Methodically Maurice prepared my submitals based on my specific reports, time lines, facts, places and witnesses that collaberated evidence that more likely than not, my medical conditions were due from my service time. Which is true. I did not have the knowledge or apetude to do my own submittals. Amazing attorney - and staff - who actually earns his money! Maurice Abarr gave me back my hope after the worst experience of my life. I had already hired a terrible attorney who refused to listen to my medical situation and needs. After meeting and speaking with Maurice, I knew I wanted to change attorneys. Maurice helped me with the paperwork and I never had to see or speak to the attorney that I wanted to fire. Maurice took care of notifying the other attorney after I signed all the paperwork. Maurice and his staff worked for me and my family, and it was the only time I felt like I had someone on my side - even more so than all the doctors, tests, and experts. A lot of my situation was hurry up and wait, but Maurice was very knowledgeable with the process.
