My husband and I retained another lawyer who we later found out was involved in accusations of fraud and was suspended. Mr. Nabi took our case as a collegial favor to the first lawyer, and did not charge us for his service. We were suspiciously cautious, but the only other choice we had was to shell out another $2500.00! After we began to work with Mr. Nabi, it became obvious that he was truly committed to helping us resolve our bankruptcy issue. He discovered an error in the calculation of our actual eligibility for a bankruptcy and began to help us understand why we would have to wait to file. He helped us figure out where to complete the online classes that are required, and prepared us for the next steps in the process. Within two days, my name was removed and I received a release from the creditor acknowledging their error, even though I had tried to tell them that! My daughter’s case had been filed over a year before we met him by another attorney, yet Mr. Nabi was graciously willing to answer my questions about what she could do two years after discharge. He offered some suggestions and she has moved forward as well. Mr. Nabi has my highest recommendation as a bankruptcy attorney.
