Jeff helped my sister and I out with a personal injury case involving a car accident. A couple of years ago I was at a dealership in Santa Barbara to pick up a new car that I had purchased. The dealership has some outside steps that lead up to the showroom. I tripped on a step, fell down, broke my shoulder in three places and severely injured my breast. When the dealership downplayed my injuries and blamed me, I hired Jeffrey Young to represent me. I had a bike accident in December 2020. I had severe damage to my front teeth and no clue to how find the driver that caused it, she didn't gave me any information. Fortunately, there was a video camera at the site that recorded the accident. Plus, my friend posted about it on SNS. Finally I found the driver, which took a month. However, she denied fault.
