Arguing with mentally unstable person is not a good decision. Hire the lawyer is a good decision. This guy collected all necessary information and convinced the DA to do not even file the charges. Walk into his office with felony charges but in the end didn’t even have to go to court.

Mr. Ian Morse is the most compassionate attorney I have ever worked with. He is concise, effective, gets down to it and is extremely supportive on a human level. Unheard of in an attorney. When he says "don't worry", you don't have to worry:) Highly recommend!

I called Ian Morse today (Sunday!) and without any other motivation than a kindness of heart he guided me through my options in my current immigration debacle. My son has a bipolar mental problem that got him into a physical altercation that led to a felony charge. Ian worked really hard on my sons case. With a lot of gumption and effort got the DA to reduce charges and the judge to give a very light sentence for my son misbehavior. He did a great job and we could not be more pleased with his representation.
