Ablsolutely Amazing!! If I could give One Hundred stars I would. John and his team are the very best in Santa Barbara. I am so greatful to John for being and OUTSTANDING human and such a fantastic lawyer. John and his team quite literally saved me from losing my house. It is truly rare to see someone who enjoys what they do so much, that they are quick to help because its just what they love. John is an inspiration in many ways and I am forever greatful that he exists and he is such a masterful lawyer. There is nothing John can't fix.

I reached out to John Thyne to help me with an issue I had been having with a local divorce lawyer. This issue had been going on for so long & thought there was no hope. John is the man.

I highly recommend John Thyne if you have real estate law issues. We recently purchased a home in Santa Barbara, and a last-minute issue arose where the sellers were jeopardizing the closing date (possibly costing us thousands of dollars in loan lock extensions) by not dealing with things in a timely manner. John was able to meet with us at the last minute. He got to an understanding of the situation quickly, called several critical people to get details, described concisely to us what the options were and what he recommended, and sent a "Demand to Close" to the sellers to make sure the process stayed on track, all in a single hour in his office. We immediately felt far better, understood our options much clearer, and the sellers jumped into line immediately. Everything turned out fine, and John was a big part of that. John is top notch, knows the Santa Barbara real estate market and law very well, and is no-nonsense. Highly recommended.
