We were referred to this office by Disability Rights CA to review our case concerning termination of a lease agreement under the laws of the state of CA. Irakli Karbelashvili was our attorney and worked with us to collect all documentation and details needed to support our case. The matter was resolved with the settlement and outcome we wanted. I recommend consulting with Irakli if you suspect you need representation concerning your rights for similar matters.

I was at a loss until I found Irakli and this AllAccess Law Group. I had an ongoing issue for over a year with my HOA and requested relocating or adding a handicap parking stall within our community. After several calls to other law firms, I thought no one would be able to assist us due to it being a gated private community and that we had no rights as a Homeowner. I have SLE, diabetes, fibermyalgia and a severe case of spinal stenosis. Because I am confined to an electric wheelchair I was unable to leave my apartmentat least until the law offices of All Access group became involved in my case. With their assistance I was given a ramp for my front door. I am now free to come and go as I please. They have been helping me to get the changes necessary not only for my benefits but for all those who just accept things as they are. My family and I thank you Irene and Irakli.

I'm so grateful for the team at this firm ive been disabled for over 25 years and I thought it may be a little easier for me to maneuver on my mobility scooter since the ADA stepped in and helped us at least I thought people would do upgrades but on quite a few times where I've been stuck somewhere or can't get thru or reach something at a business or I go somewhere a d can't get up to the apartment or business at least not on my mobility device I can walk but not more than a few steps with a lot of pain. It's not my fault so why should I not be able to get into a place easily why am I made to be a second class citizen wait here dont go thru there you'll break something or go put with friends an oops you can't get in due to steps people who can walk tale it for granted think about it and understand it's not ok and the team of lawyers here are excellent and help you when needed
