Thanks to the Mlnarik Law Group I was able to get primary custody of my daughter. My attorney “Bill Winters” is great at what he does. If you provide him with the proper information needed and are aware of accurate dates he can help you. This is a very professional law group. It all started with a Free 30 minute consultation, You get what you pay for. I understand the thought of getting and paying a lawyer can seem scary. “Michele” the office manager is great when it comes to setting up payment plans and is understanding. (This doesn’t mean you get away with paying nothing people) they are understanding though when it comes to the date and amount you can pay and are willing to work with you. I haven’t fully finished out my services with This company yet, but I will write a finishing review when done also. So far they have been great and more then helpful. I hope this message helps for whoever is reading.

SUSPENDED!!!!! by California Bar? Is this true? 2 years, with 1year suspended and 3 years probation. YES IT IS!! I didn't think what I experienced was a one time thing and low and behold it wasn't. My BAD business dealings with John are not the same as he was suspended for, but a lot of similarities in my experience resemble the pattern in the compliant's. I didn't have my credit card charged WITHOUT authorization, but the way my case was handled and payments that were questionable at best. I will be looking into contacting BAR also. This all happened about the same time period. In the 2 cases brought against John by the State BAR they say he "willfully violated Business and Professions Code", committed an act "Involving Moral Turpitude" " Dishonesty" "or Corruption" "collected Illegal Fees" "charged illegal fees" Sounds like the allegations should have Criminal charges attached, sure looks like Forgery, Fraud, I'm sure there are others.

I came through them through a corporate referral program that gave me a 30 min free referral. I did not get to meet the listed lawyer John but ended up meeting his associate. My experience felt like they were more interested in money than helping me out. When i called to setup appointment, i was told that this would take considerably longer than half hour and i should provide credit card information for the additional time required. I declined to provide credit card information and asked them to help me the best they can in 30 mins free consultation. When i called them for the consultation, the attorney seemed disinterested in helping me and more interested in getting me to come to the office for further paid work. His responses were very short and i felt like a struggle to get information from him. Finally the consultation ended in 15 mins and i left feeling highly dissatisfied with the interaction.

I liked the ease and speed of service that I received from The Mlnark Law Group firm. I was fortunate to have been able to deal with Attorneys John and Nina and to observe them provide much needed guidance when I needed. I was always made aware of the status of my case. In my first meeting with Attorney John Mlnarik I can say that there was no presure and Mr. Mlnarik took the time to answer all of my questions. The price for their services is not cheap but I would consider average market and very reasonable for the results I achieved by hiring this Law firm. It was a good experience with them and I would defenitely recommend the Mlnarik law group for trust and estate planning and litigation especially if your case is complicated.
