I'm a senior with a heart condition. I got a bill from my credit card company chase that had over $5,000 worth of charges that I did not make. I tried explaining this to Chase and they did not want to listen to me and instead said I had to pay. I was referred by another lawyer to call Ben. When I spoke to Ben he was very kind, and listened to my story. I was able to get it all fixed up and am grateful for Ben's service.

Mr. Dupre was referred to me after I had a terrible time with my former attorney who would not return my calls. I had been getting harassed by a debt collection law firm about a debt that I did not owe, and they were threatening me to take me to court and take money from my bank account and were reporting this on my credit score. My credit was almost perfect before this. Mr. Dupre agreed to help me, and he did an excellent job. He is a straight shooter, sensitive to my feelings, and I am very lucky to have found him. He fought the debt collector and we won. I was really down before I met Mr. Dupre and am thankful to him.
