Garrett's professional approach made it an understandable, straight forward process. Garrett communicated with kindness regarding my injuries and medical treatment, answering my questions and offering invaluable direction as needed. He was easily reachable, promptly responding to calls and emails. I never felt he was too busy to assist me. All aspects of my case were handled efficiently, regular updates given and next steps explained. All correspondence with the insurance companies was handled by his office, a huge relief!
