Worst attorney I have ever had. I spend thousands of dollars for him to represent my son in law. The case remains the same with no changes or results after 6 months. He is arrogant, rude and needs to learn people skills. I flew in from out of state to be at the final court date to be hugely disappointed. I could have done a better job myself in court representing my family.

Did not accomplish anything what so ever… in addition, His defense was horrible and didn’t perform his due diligence and wasn’t prepared. He is also very rude. I would not recommend.

This has to be the rudest lawyer we have ever encountered. Very childish and yells at his clients as if we owe him something after we paid for his services. Been in court 6 months with this attorney and has been no help or resolve in our case. Stay clear . Would never recommend to others. He likes to throw his experience in your face but not prove it.

Very thorough attorney that is capable of playing hardball really well when needed. I have used Michael for multiple cases over the years. Very trustworthy and hardworking

Very disappointed. Went through the process of completing and submitting all of the forms only to be told they were limiting their intakes. In all fairness, we had initiated the process a year ago but due to various circumstances, couldn’t get it done immediately. I contacted her assistant Gina and she gave me directions on how to follow up. After doing all the work and submitting a lot of very private, personal information, I’m contacted by her to be told they won’t take the case. Also, it concerns me that the forms are dated (poor constructed tillable PDF forms) and while they expect you to scan/submit via email, their system does not seem to allow privacy protection. You data is vulnerable and not protected.

Michael Finley is the best attorney my fiancé and I have ever worked with. From our first meeting, he explained everything to us in terms we could easily understand and was always very responsive when we had any questions. His Legal Assistant was also very helpful and just the kindest and patient person. Michael represented my fiancé on a very complicated guardianship case that was tied in with his family law case. Michael was well prepared and ready for both cases. Once the Guardianship case was resolved, Michael was ready to immediately move forward with the family law case during the same court appearance which allowed both cases to be resolved that same day. He won the case for my Fiancé and he was able to get everything we asked for. Michael you are such a blessing, we can't thank you enough for what you have done for us!

Easy to set up consultation. Very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain in detail issue at hand. At the end of the day feel like he had my best interests in mind and laid out the pros and cons for me. Definitely recommend Mr. Finley!
