I retained the McNamara Law in November 2016. This firm has helped me tremendously in dealing with my husband's illnesses of Parkinson's disease and dementia. Jane and her staff have given me the peace of mind that I can actually have a good life even with Charles not living with me anymore. I have and will continue to always thank them. Legal transactions and processes require attention to detail and often strict deadlines. When an attorney's assistant 1) can't get the information packet you are required to complete to you in a timely manner; 2) doesn't follow up to see if you received it and 3) doesn't seem to care when you call to cancel the appointment, it does not inspire confidence in the way the office is run or in the skills of the attorney. We will pass on retaining Ms. McNamara.

McNamara Law Firm has been a great support to our family. Jane and her team were excellent caretakers of our family's trust. Most importantly, her team of Elder Care Coordinators helped us navigate through hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living, etc. and made sure mom was well cared by visiting her on a regular basis.
