Ms. Grant displayed a dismissive attitude throughout the consultation with her communication style unfortunately not conveying a willingness to help. Because of her unprofessionalism, I felt attacked in trying to get answers to our family matters.

Kayla Grant helped our family through a complicated estate situation. She is professional, thorough, kind, and wonderful with people. I highly recommend her and I’m relieved that we have had her skill to help us through.

She was half an hour late, rude, presumptive, and dismissive. Also, my Dad did have dementia which Ms. Grant was informed as she changed my Dad’s will just before he died. Disrespectful to my family and unethical.

Kayla was very responsive and great to work with. When our living trust was first created our children were very young. Fast forward 15 years and our kids were both out of college, gainfully employed, smart and frugal. My youngest daughter will be entering law school this coming month. Kayla helped us navigate changing our trust to make our daughters successor co-trustees to replace my older sister who was the successor trustee and is getting up there in age. There were quite a few other changes and Kayla helped us successfully navigate through the process. Kayla did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again or recommend her to friends. We had just bought a place and we needed to create a Trust/Will. Being new to the area, we did not know who to turn to or what questions to asks. Tried to have a consultation, she cancelled our first meeting at the last minute, rescheduled our second at the last minute and wouldn't even let me get through a one minute explanation of what I needed help with before constantly interrupting me. I asked if I could ask a preliminary question and she told me it would be $350 an hour. This was supposed to be a consultation. It was very unpleasant.
