So I had met with another lawyer before David Spini. That previous lawyer listened to my situation and deducted that he could not help me. In my consultation with Spini, I told him the same thing I told the previous guy. David first said the same thing as the first Lawyer. But then he sat back in his chair and did his thumb thing with his pen and said to me, "So what you said is..." That led to me getting my settlement. I can say to you that David Spini had all the qualities listed above.

I was injured in a construction accident last year. I sought a personal injury attorney in Santa Cruz to resolve the matter. Sam had worked in the construction field and as a lawyer, knew how to handle my situation. Sam and office staff Angie and Fredo were easy to work with. They listened to me and were prompt, communicative and professional. They were realistic about possible outcomes, and did everything they said they would do.
