Ms. Hess recently failed in helping our elderly mother with an existing family trust. I would rate her competence and legal knowledge at a one. I would highly advise to stay away from her services and $5K retainer fee!

I was grsteful to get an appoibtmfnt for orgal advice on my custody case, yet surprised when Hess advised me another family coyrt case would be coming up. She showed up for that new case, for the OTHER party. Making repeated threatening statements while wuestioning me, she was removed from the case and forced to leave the courtroom. However months later, after the completion of the case, Hess personally showed up at a retreat center i was residing and participating at, WITH MY EX. The two of them heckled, berated and harassed me, keeping me trapped in a room, barring my physical ability to exit the room and the abuse. I had to fight my way out. Hess then tried to use her legal authority yo play victim to me. If you are considering Hess to represent you, know the risk of hiring a person who has behaved in ways that should get her disbarred, that she is likely to act so poorly again.

This attorney did for my friend what no other attorney could regarding her divorce. Thank goodness for people like Ms. Hess

Had Angel Hess handle my case being evicted by a corrupt Landlord. She advised me not to show up to court at the first hearing , she would handle it. I trusted her. Stressed out not understanding the processes. She went to court on my behalf but didn’t help my case at all. Single mom with four kids ended up homeless and with an eviction on my record because of this. Devastating.

I consulted with her and she became angry and defensive when I spoke of the repeated defamation the other party’s attorney had committed multiple times during the court process and in public settings outside of the courtroom. Her emotional charge about defending the illegal actions of the other party speaks loudly about both her relationship to the other counsel and her own sense of acceptable conduct as an attorney.

Very competent, Very Friendly

I contacted Kathleen when my 89 yr old mother received an inheritance from my brother's passing of a large commercial building in St Helens OR. She looked over all the details and gave my mother great advice which was to sell it. My mother did that and sold it at the top of the market right before the 2008 crash.
