Mr. Juarez was efficient, professional, and I found I could completely trust him to be working diligently on my behalf. He helped me reach a mediation settlement of 75% in my favor under difficult circumstances when I challenged beneficiary designations on behalf of a trust. I was impressed at how he acted opposite to many lawyers I have heard about--he kept conversations brief and to the point while answering all of my questions thoroughly, and only when I contacted him. He was quick to return my calls, but not reaching out to me unless there was something significant I needed to do. He was friendly, yet professional at all times and focused like a laser on the tasks at hand. I decided to hire him to finish a probate I had started myself, as I had had such a positive experience.

He is a genuine person who provides a level of excellence which in my experience throughout the process I have been going through in buying a home is a very rare find nowadays. I highly recommend Mario Juarez. I now consider him my family lawyer. Not just for my real estate. Any issue I have and need a lawyers advice, Mario will be the first and only one I call. I come from the East Coast we use lawyers in real estate transactions. I know here in CA we use title companies. Do yourself a favor and dont let anyone tell you that you dont need a lawyer when buying a home. I learned that mistake the hard way. Save yourself the heartache of needing a lawyer after the fact and call Mario before you buy a home. I require customer service excellence and will not settle for mediocrity.
