To whom it may concern, I had an appointment not really knowing what I wanted to be honest. Mr. Clayton and Mr. Gazell both set down with me and listen to everything that I had to say. Both were amazing and very respectful to my situation. Not long after I was released from my terms and they went above and beyond to even get my case dismissed. The law firm of Michael Clayton was highly recommended to me by my friend for a dui. Unfortunately for me, I had already retained an attorney. After over a year and hearing nothing until today, I was aghast at what my attorney was offered on my behalf by the DA! I decided to call the Michael Clayton law office tonight and leave a message to ask for advice on what my options were. Not only was my phone call answered by a person, I asked when it was possible to make an appointment with Mr Clayton, to which the person said ‘I’m Michael Clayton, how can I help?’ I was absolutely stunned and asked why he was answering his own phone? He told me that he’s been answering his own phone for decades!! I felt extraordinarily comfortable talking with him. He made me feel at ease and that there were several things that could be done in my case and offered suggestions. We spoke for almost an hour. Never did I feel rushed or that I was bothersome, even though it was now well after closing time. I truly wished that I had called the law offices of Michael Clayton first.
