I contacted Mr. Lounsbury after sustaining a Workers Compensation in February of 2018. My injury involved multiple body parts which added to the complexity of the claim. In addition, I was nearing retirement and my employer was downsizing. Along with my injuries these factors were causing me significant stress. During a three year period following the injury, I underwent three major shoulder surgeries and returned to work each time on "light duty" status. During my recovery my employer was cooperative but there was some pressure to resolve the issue. Mr. Lounsbury was efficient and professional during the course of the entire ordeal. After four years the matter has been resolved and a fair settlement reached. Mr. Lounsbury and his staff kept me well informed, returned my calls, and were kind and professional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Mr. Lounsbury to anyone who seeking legal council regarding a workers compensation claim.
