If any doubts or questions raised on my behalf she was there to answer my call. To say that Cecilia is "excellent" is an understatement. I met with several firms before being introduced to Cecilia at Shegerian. After my first chat with her, I knew right away I wanted her to represent me against my former employer. She took the time to really listen to me and made sure I felt seen and heard. It was essential that whoever represented me understood how much I endured at a toxic company and wouldn't treat me like just another case. I'm gonna start off saying first, I highly recommend this firm to anyone dealing with workplace disputes and or workplace harassment. Shegerian and associates is such and amazing informative, helpful, understanding firm. From my free consultation, to meeting my new attorney Cecilia Son I was assured some justice would be served, I was sexually harassed at my last work place by my manager, and when I finally brought it up to upper management I was told, " if I didn't like the way things were ran here I can go " and so I did. Being a man no one thinks it bothers you when someone verbally or physically " jokes " around with you like that. Or it doesn't get under your skin, well it does. Especially when you have encountered harassment like that as a child. From very speedy updates, emails, and notices from my attorney and her paralegals.
