Failed to completely understand my case, and proceeded unsuccessfully by not conducting a through investigation which would have resulted in a favorable ruling. He lacked the proper knowledge of a case where he should have made himself completely familiar with before proceeding. It's a no brainer! Perhaps his workload prohibits him the time getting to discover all the facts beneficial to his client(s).
