This past Spring, my wife and I were involved in a serious car accident at the expense of a very young and irresponsible driver. A few days later after the initial shock subsided, my wife (who was the passenger) suffered a severe lower right back spasm which caused significant internal bruising that left her extremely weak and in severe pain. I took her to our local ER as well as her own PCP. I knew then that I needed a good, reputable injury attorney. Per the recommendation of one of my former co-workers, I contacted M,L&A. Nick Ramirez, the ML&A injury case worker who represented my wife far exceeded our expectations! Upon receiving all her medical information he went right to work. He immediately set up a well-established Chiropractor as well as an Acupuncturist for my wife, conveniently located less than 10 minutes from home. Once my wife finished her treatments and was well, Nick negotiated with the responsible party's insurance for the injury settlement. The initial figure their insurance company offered would leave my wife nothing, after all medical and attorney fees were paid! Nick would have none of that. To make a long story short, he didn't only get their insurance company to offer a much higher settlement amount, but he concurrently was able to get all the medical expenses my wife endured significantly lowered! This resulted in a final settlement amount that was 5 times more than the initial figure! Aside from that settlement, Nick also insured that the other party's insurance promptly compensated us for every amount spent on initial car rental and cab fares, as well as compensation for the inconveniences we experienced for the two months that my vehicle was in the repair shop. This resulted in 5 truths: 1. First and foremost, my wife is completely healed and pain-free!! 2. She received a very healthy and deserving settlement amount!! 3. My car is like brand new! 4. The whole case settled in less than 6 months! 5. I would highly recommend McGee Lehrer & Associates to anyone seeking a professional injury law firm who genuinely puts their clients first!
