After being fired unexpectedly from a job while 9 months pregnant, I called several attorneys to figure out if I had a pregnancy discrimination case or other wrongful termination claim. A couple of them had their paralegals return my call, and a couple of them told me I had no case and that they wouldn't take me on. Then a friend referred me to employment trial lawyer Mr. Jeffrey Cowan. After spending a good 30 minutes talking to me to truly understand my situation, Jeffrey took on my case. Jeffrey was able to help me get almost 3 times the severance offered originally as well as a few other important things that were/are critical to my professional future. He asked me all the right questions and dug deep to uncover all possible arguments. Jeffrey also was highly empathetic to my situation and helped guide me during a very vulnerable time in my life. I highly recommend Jeffrey Cowan to be on your team and go to bat for you. Honest, hard working, and has a great response time. Although I hope I never need him again (no offense), I would make Jeffrey my first call if I were to find myself again facing any kind of employer injustice.

Their one of the best law firm in California I’m sure their the best, Mr. Hart levin knows what his doing went down talked to him and he explained to me in detail everything that’s going to happen and how him and his team worked so hard to solve my case as well as how his team always contacted me ahead of time with updates as well as court dates I mean I can’t be thankful enough for them but I appreciate all the help and definitely recommend them for anyone who needs a professional law firm 10 stars aren’t enough

I found Sina Rez Law after an accident in late 2018. This was my first experience with personal injury, but friends and family encourage me to talk with a lawyer. I spoke with a few local firms who all told me my case was straightforward and that they would handle it, no problem. Sina’s approach was different. He explained the ins and outs of the process, and told me all the pros and cons of my case. That was enough for me to sign up. Sina continued to keep me up to date and always answered all of my questions. A few months later (he told me the process moves slow) my case settles for more than what we expected. I was injured in a car accident back in March of this year and needed a personal injury lawyer to help me handle my claim with the insurance company.  I did some digging on Yelp and narrowed my choices down to a couple firms in the Santa Monica / Brentwood / West LA area.  I ended up choosing Sina Rez Law after meeting with Sina in person. What stood out was that his main concern was always my health and recovery. The driver that hit me had lower coverage, so Sina and Reza (there were two full-time lawyers assigned to my case) were able to collect that maximum from the other driver's insurance and my own.  It ended up being about $10,000 more than what we first discussed.  They told me their goal was to under promise and over deliver, which is EXACTLY what they did! :) I was also really happy that they were able to wrap things up within about 7 months.  About 8 years ago, I unfortunately went through something similar when I was T-boned, so I knew things would move fairly slowly -- 7 months is actually pretty quick compared to my prior experience.  They didn't need to file a lawsuit and my involvement was pretty minimal other than going to physical therapy and my doctors appointments. Sina's great with texting and email which were my preferred method of communicating. Quick and painless. Thank god i got rid of that death trap of car!

This is my third time using Sina's firm and I will continue to go back if I ever need anything in the future. I was in a car accident about a year ago. Sina helped me get the appointments with the right doctors and also helped get my car repaired quickly. He negotiated very aggressively with the insurance company and the case settled policy limit. Nice and friendly staff who goes the extra mile to make sure you are treated well. They handled the headache of dealing with a low budget car insurance company, who was trying to give us the run around. They even reduced some medicals which resulted in a bigger settlement for me.
