I am beyond grateful for the exceptional service I received at this law office. Throughout the process the team was always there to provide support, guidance, and reassurance. Their attention to detail and commitment to my case was unmatched and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I would highly recommend this law office , the whole team supporting me and specifically my case worker Valerie Lippman to anyone in need of their services. They truly went above and beyond and I am deeply thankful for their hard work and dedication. Five stars is not enough to express my satisfaction with the service I received. Thank you for everything!

I retained the Law Offices of Chris Ingram for filing an EB1A case. While filing for EB1A can be scary, complex and intimidating to put together, my case worker Arushi worked very closely with me through every detail of the case. I was provided plenty of guidance and encouragement from Arushi every step of the way. I simply can't imagine having to do this myself. I highly recommend meeting with this firm if you're considering EB1A. They are definitely knowledgeable and great to have in your corner.

For my EB1A case, I worked with Ingram LAW office. They assisted me with incredibly detailed documentation with multiple reviews at each level throughout my journey with them. This aided me in getting my I140 approved without any further questions. I'd also like to thank Valerie, Annie, Gladys, Jackie, Amit, Diana, Samuel, Jacquie and Arushi personally! Many thanks to attorney Chris for establishing the firm to assist the public. Thank you so much, team!

Working with Ingram was such a smooth process. As someone who hates doing paperwork, I was grateful to have a law firm like theirs handle my case and keep me on top of everything I needed to do. Special shout out to my case worker, Adriana Verduga, who was patient, persistent, and very responsive. I recommend this firm to anyone seeking help with their green card application.

The worst service I’ve ever received by any law firm. The intake process has lots of over promises but they under deliver to an extent where it becomes painful to follow-up and you almost give up. You will feel frustrated through out the process that stretches over a long period of time and regret your decision of hiring this law firm. The attorney never even responds to your email, forget about getting him on the phone. You are pretty much on your own with a couple of case workers who rely on old case templates with no inputs from the attorney. They never comply with the timeframe and always come up with excuses for not meeting the deadline. They charge double the fee and provide half the quality compared to other immigration attorneys in the market. Lots of mistakes in the petition which results into a tremendous amount of back and forth with the case workers. Don’t waste your time, money and energy and hire someone else. I learned it the hard way.

All's well that ends well. I am writing an unbiased review based on my last 2 years of interactions with the firm. Firstly, I got EB-1 approved, so thanks to Chris and his team. Please note that they will get to it sooner or later but you need to keep pushing and be patient at the same time (take it as good or bad). It would not have been possible if they had not guided me along. Keep in mind that the firm will only guide you, you have to do all the ground work. You need to give them the ammunition to fire with their "expert" gun. A few names to mention who have contributed to this success, thanks to you all. Jackie Iffie for resolving my complaints (read later part). Annie Misra to followup and put my case back on a timeline. Amit and Stuti for taking an undone case and steering it to completion. Here are the heartburns for which I am keeping a star with me and hoping that the firm works on these issues: -The customer portal is not setup for sending emails. I lost 4 months thinking I am not getting any response to my sent emails. -My previous case worker would not appear for scheduled consultation calls. What's the point of scheduling something if you are not going to call or call at my dinner time. -Combine the two above, i was totally lost for a while. (That is when I approached Jackie for help and she made it move). -The case workers take 3-4 days or longer to respond. My expectations are higher as I go home checking all my emails and responding to them the same day. ( believe me some days I get over 100) -Not all emails get responded, may be the case workers are overbooked. (For me, communication isn't complete unless you get confirmation of receipt.) -I would have preferred a periodic update directly from a caseworker rather than having auto-generated inaccurate updates. A monthly update would have done it but at least an accurate reflection of completion. The firm shall plan/allow for monthly one on one catchups between a case worker and the petitioner.
