Way under staffed, slow to respond to emails, the whole process has dragged out for nearly 12 months. You guys should not be accepting new business when you can't handle your existing clients.

I had a great experience working with Mary Perez and Judith. They were super responsive in answering all my questions. Mary was pretty thorough in drafting up the petition. It was definitely a roller coaster ride, initially I did not have good case workers then eventually after a lot of persistence and weeks of followup I was assigned to Mary and things started to move for the best. However, we received a NOID in our petition after filing, which Mary and I were able to turn around with our determination and efforts. While the case workers are putting their efforts , the petitioner also needs to put equal amount of effort (if not less) in giving the evidences and proper artifacts. I would say Mary is a rockstar and a gem to this firm. I would highly suggest her for your case.

Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness

I want to give a shoutout to the team at the Law Office of Chris M Ingram and specifically to Mohd Faizan. My EB1 process/journey started more than a year ago. The team has been very helpful in putting together a solid plan multi-months out and guiding me through the process. It was not an easy journey. I had completed most of the documentation but still needed a final push and closure on a few pending items. Mohd Faizan meticulously followed up with me on the pending items, corrected them, and created the EB1 packet ready for submission. I am super excited about the next steps. Due to the recent filing/final action date changes with EB2/EB3, I am waiting on the decision based on my employer filed application. Otherwise, I plan to resume the application soon (dates have now retrogressed since Nov next month) and look forward to pursuing the GC through the Law Office of Chris M Ingram. Thanks to Faizan and his team for the support, dedication, and thoroughness here in this long journey.
