I had a motorcycle accident and suffered a number of injuries including some damage to one of my eyes that ended up requiring multiple surgeries. I started contacting lawyers and the first one, who had been referred by a friend, told me the percentage he took – which was 3% higher than the standard – then told me because I was refereed by a friend and he liked me he would deduct 3% from his take. I didn’t like the sound of that or many of the other things he was suggesting. I also didn’t appreciate the fact that he was pressuring me to make a decision immediately. I did some more looking and saw the positive reviews on Sina and gave him a call – he was the exact opposite of the previous lawyer. No pressure and nothing that sounded the least bit underhanded, just a clear explanation of the process. I immediately signed on and the process proceeded smoothly. Both Sina and his assistant Maria helped me above and beyond our original agreement. In the end I received a great settlement. The bottom line is that Sina is a decent man working in a field filled with all species of unscrupulous characters. Sina’s built an effective and efficient organization that requires the minimum on the client’s side and provides maximum results. I would certainly recommend Sina Law to anyone.

I've always been rather apprehensive of lawyer due to stories of how poorly they "worked on your behalf" or how they would get you a great amount of money but then charged exorbitant fees leaving you with almost less than half. Mr. Rez is an exception to those stories. He was always very clear, patient, and understanding of my situation. He gave me various options, and always asked for my opinion first before advising me on the best way to go. He never made me feel ignorant and took time to explain things over if I didn't understand something, even the things in fine print. And the breakdown of every document he asked me to sign never left me feeling anxious. The same applied to his staff who were always courteous in their email and phone conversations with me. He was upfront when he said that the process would take longer, maybe even months, but that if it all went well, it would benefit me in the long run. Not because of the settlement money, but because he sincerely cared that I received the best medical care possible following my fender bender. Better to make sure that everything was OK over a series of weeks rather than instant settlement where you can't reopen a case if something is wrong with you down the line.
