My experience with Harry Floyd with Meller and Floyd has been frustrating and disappointing. Over several years, I’ve encountered significant challenges in my dealings with the firm, particularly in relation to issues involving my landlord. Lack of Transparency: In my opinion, one of the biggest issues I faced was a lack of transparency. Despite multiple requests, I felt that I did not receive clear and timely information on important matters that affected my rights as a tenant. Unresolved Concerns: I raised serious concerns about the actions of my landlord, which I believe involved discrimination and harassment. Unfortunately, I felt that these issues were not adequately addressed by the firm, leading to a prolonged and stressful situation. Sudden Change in Representation: After expressing concerns about potential conflicts of interest, I was surprised by a sudden change in legal representation without clear communication or explanation. This raised further concerns for me about how my case was being handled. Lack of Accountability: Overall, my experience with Meller and Floyd left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. This is not what I expected from a law firm that should be advocating for fairness and justice. Based on my experiences, I would caution others to consider these issues when choosing legal representation.

Harry Floyd is the man to help navigate the often murky waters of Santa Monica Landlord Tenant Law. He is pleasant and responsive to our questions, and asks us the right ones. It was a good experience.

I meet Mr. Floyd inside the court room for an eviction hearing at the Santa Monica courthouse. The attorney who was assigned to me that morning was running late so we briefly spoke to confirm our presents and she proceed to present our case to the judge. Tenant was not in court so I felt we had won by default. WRONG! She told the judge that due to the fact she was an "officer of the court" she was obligated to tell the judge about an error in the paper work in favor of the defendat. I stood up very upset and objected profuesly and got thrown out of court room. Minutes latter Mr. Floyd came out of the court room and explained to me why this happened. After about ten minutes our attorney came out to the hallway very rude and upset at me and my wife for my outburst. She told my wife she did'nt like her tone of voice and threated her to be arressted and put in jail. Long story short I dumped her an retained Mr. Floyd and he did a supberb job, even the judge commented on how well Mr.Floyd was able to expidite the eviction process which untimately won the case for us. Thank you Mr. Floyd, you are the best,
