Where to begin. Alec Rose is the pinnacle of professionalism as he is capable of preparing anyone for interviews, hearings and even minor questions that may appear throughout a CSU title IX procedure. For an entire year he stood by me opening his doors to help me face the most horrific accusations I have experienced in my educational and Professional career. Not only did he manage to prepare me, but because of him I was able to overcome this significant problem that otherwise would have ruined my career. I encourage you to listen, and do exactly as you are told by Alec as he proved to me how knowledgeable he is in these types of scenarios. Mr. Rose was worth every second! Over the years Mr. Kramer has also provided ongoing expert technical and legal advice on cable HFC infrastrcuture as well the infrastrcuture requirements and capacity of DLS technologies. As President of the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors I am also extremely grateful for Jonathan's many years of outstanding service protecting and advancing the communications interests of local governments. His ongoing efforts to resolve troubling ambiguities in Section 6409 of the Middle Class Tax Relief Act relating to collocation of wireless antennas and attendant equipment, will result in the creation of common sense defnitions that will work for both industry and local governments.
