I highly recommend Mark. I was very fortunate to find him even though I lived out of state. He is very good at what he does, very professional and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of what was happening at all times and he was very prompt. With his help and guidance I was able to get my case finished in a very short time and with a very satisfactory outcome for me!

I used Mark for an employment related issue. He was always up front on what was to be expected and kept me informed every step along the way. The thing about Mark is, he wasn't pushy, arrogant or condescending like many lawyers are (other lawyers, take note). He returned phone calls (a huge plus for clients in case you other lawyers care) and took the time to explain the process. Never did I feel rushed, or that I had gone past the 'meter' with Mark. He takes the time to get to know not only his clients' cases but, his clients as well. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone who is looking for a lawyer who takes his profession and his clients seriously.

Myself and two others were working under very difficult circumstances, as employees of a school district in California. The head of the school board decided to eliminate our positions based on race, bit under the disguise of "budget cuts". The majority of the school board made no secret that, unless you were from a particular ethnic background, you were no longer wanted. even though all of us had exceptional work records going back over 10 years. We met with Mr. Wagner and discussed our case. He agreed to represent us, but explained up front that it would be a slow process and not to expect to "get rich". Both were true. We were able to settle and, more importantly move on with our lives. I am very grateful for the professionalism displayed by Mr. Wagner through-out the process. He kept us on course, helping us meet deadlines as they came up and explaining the process as needed. I would definitely recommend him.

Mr. Wagner represented my family in a personal injury case. He was excellent. My friend Tracy recommended me to him and he too was successful in winning her a workplace discrimination case. I would highly recommend him. He can talk too fast and quickly lose you. But I expressed that he had to slow down how he communicated things to me. The general public does not always get legal terms, etc. He did adjust. Only complaint: I would encourage Mr. Wagner maybe to smile a little more. Other than that, he's a winner.

I found Mark to be incredibly professional during all of our interactions during litigation. He is intelligent, responsive, and reasonable. He clearly acted in the best interests of his client, and knows the law. He builds relationships with co-counsel and opposing counsel, allowing him to litigate cases in an efficient, reasonable manner.

Mark was dogged in his work to help us settle a dispute regarding an estate that was part of an inheritance. He was persistent with stalling attorneys/respondents and used his real estate expertise to help us understand the worth of our property. We would use Mark's services again in a heartbeat.
