Attorney Yan is a very attentive to your needs. He will be the best choice if you are looking for an Estate Planning Attorney. He helped me with a Living Trust when the pandemic hit in 2020. He was very fast in getting the documents to me for signatures by sending a notary to my house. As a Spanish speaking person, I thought the paperwork of the Trust would be a lot, but I did not have to worry because Attorney Yan took care of all filing documents with the county. I wanted to get all my documents in order just in case something would happen to me. I can't thank him enough for his attention to my calls or emails during the process. He was truly a blessing because he walked me through the process. You will not regret getting his service. His service is 100% genuine in your best interest. Again, he is fast, reliable, and provides additional guidance at no extra charge. Thank you Attorney Yan for your great service.

I am a little OCD in nature, I had a Trust completed for me by another lawyer in California, I no longer live in California and wanted to update my current trust. I contacted Edmund and set up a consultation with him, needless to say I was impressed with his knowledge of making sure my trust had every "T and Eye dotted. He spoke to me in layman's terms and not with a lawyer's lino, all my questions were answered with detail. I was referred to Edmund by my sister who is in the process of developing her trust. I have and will continue to recommend Edmund and Tree of life services to others. Since I no longer live in California, he referred to another attorney in my area. Simply put: Edward is punctual, helpful, organized and very clear in his goals for his client as well as the quality of his work. Edward utilizes online teleconference and is personally available and responsive. He is not the cheapest lawyer available, but his confidence and genuine concern is well worth his fee. I had a will created as part of my overall estate planning and Edmund helped organize my thoughts and pointed out the pitfalls with his methodology. I am confident that his experience and demeanor during the process focused the key points and resulted in a complete binder of clear instructions avoiding risks and giving guidance and clarity to my thoughts for my family. Edmund was highly recommended to me by a dear friend. he went over my parents' trust (written by a different attorney years ago) with a fine tooth comb. he has a wonderful way of explaining all the legal language so that I understood it. Edmund was so thorough and compassionate. the day after we met via zoom, he had a succinct "to do" list with all of the points he had talked about in the meeting. he helped me properly fund my parents trust and tie up a bunch of loose ends. Edmund also referred me to other professionals who could help me with other agenda items I needed to take care of. I recommend Edmund to anyone who needs help with estate planning. he is up on all of the current estate laws and makes it easy to tackle such an overwhelming, but important task.

Getting older is never easy in terms of getting organized. We looked and search for the right Attorney that can help us start our living trust for a long time. We first tried creating our own living trust through “do it yourself” books and mail order kits, but it was still very overwhelming and confusing.  Then we saw Edmund’s videos on his website.  We were immediately impressed with how knowledgeable and well-spoken he was, and this immediately gave us a very confident feeling, almost like you’re talking with a close friend who is trying to help you.  And all of our actual interactions with Edmund over the years have been exactly that.  He is always very responsive, organized and knows just the right answer for any given life scenario we have asked him about.  His pricing is more than reasonable for how much we receive back from him each year, which was one of our concerns when looking around for an estate planning attorney.  Edmund is also very patient and a good listener, which are two qualities that are important to us.  Also Edmund’s Client Success Manager Fae was so helpful in making sure we kept working toward funding our trust and was readily available for any of our questions along the way.
