I did research before using Brian Barboza, and all the research payed off. Brian was accommodating to my schedule with his offices in Santa Rosa and Novato. He was also always on time and never deviated from what was told to me. Would recommend Brian to anyone going through the unfortunate bankruptcy proceedings.

Brian Barboza is the best attorney you can have to represent you. He knows the law, and cares about his client’s well-being as well. He works for the best interest of his clients. Before you go to court, he makes sure you are ready. He is a man of principals and guidance to others. Once you meet him, you will know he is a competent attorney, with a winning attitude. I knew he was an attorney I could trust with confidence. I met with two other attorneys before finding Brian and boy I am glad I did. With the other attorney I felt like I was just a number with a small bank account to clean out. One of the hardest things a family can go through is the dreaded bankruptcy. When we bought our home we took two loans from Wells Fargo, one fixed the other adjustable, our intentions were to refinance the second once we had some equity so that we had a more stable housing cost. Then the housing bubble happened and our house dropped below half its value. Wells Fargo would have love to take our home away from us. Luckily for us, we had Brian A. Barboza. I can not tell you how easy Brian made the bankruptcy go. He was super easy to talk to and lots of fun to work with. Brian was able to answer every concern and question I had about the process and made my family feel super comfortable. Wells Fargo tried to pull a fast one towards the end of the process and Brian had made sure he filed all of the papers so that the judge came down on our side. I hope that my family never has to go through this kind of stress again, but if I ever need an attorneys help, I would look towards Brian again.
