Marc Francis has represented my husband through his workers compensation case which has included two major surgeries. He has really fought for him and helped him receive the care & benefits that by law my husband is entitled to but that can be difficult to receive in the workers comp system. We couldn’t imagine anyone doing a better job. Marc is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He has always explained the process to us and answered all of our questions every step along the way. He’s also very good at returning phone calls and sending us copies of all the paperwork. We both highly recommend him to anyone in need of a workers comp attorney.

If I could give no star's I would. Mark Francis is the worst attorney! Do not hire him especially if you are of color. He is racist and he will not get you what your case is worth. He is a very lazy attorney and he will not negotiate your case. He will tell you to take the first offer and he will arrange it so you have to pay workmans comp back for any payments they LOANED to you as he would put it. If you want proof of what im saying you can email me and I'll show you paper work about his work. He totally screwed me and my family over and he is a devil in a cheap suit... Literally! I wish I could've seen through his scandalous nature but I did not until it was too late. This man will destroy case! I have two other people who can validate my story and their own with him. He also had me sign a document that closed my case out so that the only justice that I will ever get is when he dies or something bad happens to him or someone he loves. I know it sounds harsh but this man knew that my daughter died a month after he took my case and he knew I needed money and he did this to my family and I without losing a minute of sleep. He is a very rude man and if you value yourself and family, do NOT hire this man.

Marc Francis is a lousy lawyer, he quit me and decided he wasnt helping me because my case was not worth that much money he said. He got scared when he saw the opposing attorney and gave me the boot, he should be disbarred!
