I had a panel QME who wrote a very unfavorable report on my knee injury. The surgeon who operated on me was no help either. They both blamed 80% of my problem on old arthritis. Lawyer Fluss took the QME's deposition, then took my case to trial and won. State Comp appealed. Mr. Fluss answered, and won the appeal. He gave me honest advice and stood by me all the way through. (For a measly 15% attorney's fee.)
