A blessing to our family. I was desperate to help my daughter and called Ryan Wilber. He was courteous and sympathetic to our situation. HIs office was helpful and always followed through to confirm we knew what was going on. He helped my daughter with her drug charge and to get into treatment that actually worked this time. Ryan Wilber is a man with good character and integrity. We appreciate his dedication and hard work. One Year Later: My daughter has been clean for one year now. Ryan Wilber fought for what was right for her, not always what she wanted at the moment but even she knew it was the right thing. He helped save my daughter's life!! I was in some serious trouble, and while I was in jail, my saint of a mother did some research and found Wilber Law Office,(and we all know mothers know best) and thank God she did. I went about 85mph into the back end of a police officer on Hwy 101 and refused to do a breathalyzer. Needless to say, it wasn't looking good, but Wilber Law had my back! On the first day of court, while I was still in my jump suit, the defendents said, " He broke an officers neck" in the court room, but my lawyer Ryan Wilber was still able to get me out of jail and in my own bed that night. Ryan did his job and did it well. He gave me all the options and always kept me informed as to exactly what was going on. After going to federal court, for a possible severe injury felony DUI, Wilber Law was able to present my case and prove there was no injury and reduced my sentencing from 3 years in state prison to two weeks in county jail. Ryan Wilber and his team exceeded my expectations on all fronts with the way they handled my DUI case. Ryan told me he felt I was being mistreated and that he’d fight to get me a more reasonable charge. He lifted a warrant for me and we got started on planning. Throughout the process Ryan explained everything very thoroughly and always made sure I understood what was going on. His team was always responsive and helpful whenever I needed anything. While we were between court dates I had a family emergency and I had to get out of the country and to Bangkok Thailand. I asked my Probation Officer and she said I’d need to ask a judge, so I called the office and told Scott what I needed. Not even a couple of days later I was told I had gotten permission and was free to leave! It was a huge weight off my shoulders and enabled me to be by my family’s side. It was truly amazing, and I am extremely thankful for their efforts in getting me that allowance! After all was said and done, Ryan was able to talk the DA into a reduced sentence! It was something that the county never ever did but Ryan and his team were skilled enough to get it done. I would be in a much different situation today if it wasn’t for them!
