Hired Mr. Watters to recover an outstanding invoice from contractor I could not collect. After he had successfully collected it ,the contractor said how relentless he was.My response was, that's why I hired him. Our family has since used him several times. All successfully.

Some years ago, I hired Mike Watters to represent me in a legal dispute involving another business. Mike and his colleagues were very clear and instructive during all aspects of the dispute. He counseled me on my alternatives, with both the pros and cons. Mike always maintained a positive, collaborative and upbeat attitude. During the deposition and the trial I felt like I was in good hands and was very happy to have Mike as my attorney. He was tough and aggressive with the opposition, which is what you want in a good litigator. He made the process of going through this dispute as positive and painless as one could hope. I would definitely hire Mike again if I ever needed a litigator again.

This review is a long time in coming. Mike Watters represented me in an arbitration of a dispute between the buyer & seller of a business I was involved in. His knowledge of my case and the law, as well as the preparation he and his team provided me was excellent. Mike’s handling of the deposition and questioning of the buyer was right on target. Facing any sort of litigation is stressful, especially a divorce. Divorce is painful. It can be extremely ugly, nasty, and will bring out the worst in anyone.
