I highly recomend this Law firm. I was lost and didnt know what to do when i was charged with DUI. I called them at 2am..and I visited them the very next morning. I explained my situation n they took a part payment deposit. They told me that they will represent me and I dont need to attend the court session. After a month n a half they emailed me to say that the case was DISMISSED. Pls use this law firm, you wont be dissapointed.

James Castranova is truly the DVRO defense maestro. I was served with a temporary DVRO- the second one from the same petitioner- and hired James to defend me. From the outset, he was determined to resolve the matter for me as cost-effectively as possible and proposed a negotiated settlement (entailing the dismissal of the DVRO) rather than a trial. This was novel to me given that my previous attorney disingenuously racked up an enormous bill filing a competing DVRO, plus a defense to the original DVRO, before engaging in negotiation with the petitioner. (It was my first time dealing with issues like this, and I mistakenly assumed that first attorney was working in my best interests). This time around, with James as my lawyer, the matter was put to rest in a few short weeks and at minimal damage to my wallet. James at all times sought the quickest and most inexpensive resolution for me; he negotiated with the petitioner with extreme effectiveness; and he turned a potentially disastrous situation into a minor inconvenience. The position I was forced into is not one you ever want to be in. But if you find yourself there, you want James Castranova there with you.
