Ms. Sowers has been the legal counsel for many of the foster infants in my care. She is professional, open and most of all passionate about her role. She cares deeply for the children she represents and her passion is evident. Whenever she is assigned a child in my care, I rest easy knowing that the child's best interest will be heard in court.

Words along can not express what this Lawyer means to me and my family. My 2 boys were in the states care and Madaliene was their lawyer ~ she was amazing ! very caring and a super professional lawyer ...its been years 20 years since I have see her but I think of her often My family is doing well - my boys are grown - I have 1 grandson ... I would love to touch base and catch her up on our lives
