I was referred to Allan Cory from another real estate attorney. What a great referral that was! I had an option to buy a piece of property that went very bad. I had threats from the property owner and thier attorney. I emailed Allan the contract along with some emails. We talked only about the facts and he used he knowledge and expertise to defend me and actually turned the tide in 2 days! where I was in control. He had a settlement within a day which I was very happy with. Without him I had a nightmare brewing and could have gotten really screwed. His Bill for his service was More than FAIR!! Allan is an extremely smart, well-informed, highly responsive and effective attorney.
