We had pretty positive experience with Mrs Bailey Penzotti in getting prenuptial contract put together back in 2008. At that time she was practicing out of San Francisco office. We found her to be very knowledgeable, courteous and professional, carefully listening and addressing our concerns. Paid $160 for a consultation with the woman in the top right of their online group picture, i think her name was Bailey, and i might as well have thrown $160 away. Not only did she say nothing could be done about lowering the child support order, but i feel she treated me like i was a dead beat dad when that couldnt be further from the truth. She had actually said according to her calculations, i should be paying more than the ordered amount. Everytime i started voicing my concerns, her attitude was that i was just another ignorant dead beat. Felt totally disrespected. I had court yesterday at which i represented myself and not only got my support order lowered 30%, but got to watch the judge give a scolding to my sons mom for trying to take the amount ordered since my sons mom lives in Pennsylvania with my son where cost of living is dramatically lower. Dads who are on the up and up and actually want to be a part of their kids lives, follow your gut and keep doing the right thing! ***At this point, in response to wine country family laws response to my review, i call BS. You treated me like a dead beat which im not, and i called you out on it, period. I could care less how much of a bad day you had, i paid what was asked for the consultation and got treated like garbage. I dont treat home owners like that who pay me to build their house, even on "bad days". What a joke 👎
