Had an incident back in 2015, hired Mr. Ciocca for my defense. Although the case didn't go out exactly as we anticipated, Mr. Ciocca was extremely supportive of me throughout the process. Not to mention, he has always been there for me even when I had questions years after the case has been closed. If you're in the North Bay and want a lawyer who truly cares about you and not just making some $$$, hire Mr. Ciocca. You won't be disappointed.

I found myself in a self induced court issue, over the course of a couple of years. Patrick did exactly what I asked of him, and advised me the facts of life and was honest with what I had to do, and he worked with me on with what I could afford. He is a professional, kind, and states things how they are, even if you may not want to hear it at times. He followed through to the letter on what I needed at the time. In the end, it turned out fine for me.

I got myself into quite the mess involving a DUI last year. It was the icing on the cake as my family was already going through a horrible time as it was before my arrest. I continued to hear more and more bad news about my case and what I was potentially up against. It was especially frightening for me since I had to move out of state before my case was resolved, and the DA that my case was assigned to was totally unwilling to reduce very serious charges. Patrick was always quick to answer my emails and calls. He was consistently realistic about what the worst outcome could be for my case, which I appreciated since I felt prepared for the "what ifs." However, he did so in a comforting and calming way and always reminded me that everything would be okay regardless of what came of my DUI - and I really needed to be reminded of that. Thanks to Patrick, I was able to avoid jail time and was assigned home confinement instead (which is truly a godsend for my family's sake). I highly recommend him!

When my friend had legal trouble with a civil restraining order and we contacted the Law Office of Patrick Ciocca, he returned our call right away. After explaining the difficult situation my friend was in, Mr. Ciocca advised us that there was a way my friend could represent himself "pro se," without having to pay a lawyer. Mr. Ciocca then explained, step by step, the way my friend should go about representing himself. He took thirty minutes out of his day and charged nothing. He easily could have taken my friend's money, but didn't, because, he said, "you don't absolutely need a lawyer." Refreshing.
