Erik and Annie where an absolute pleasure to work with. The best decision I have ever made was picking up the phone and giving them a call about my situation. Talked to Erik over the phone about the situation i was currently in and provided me with the immediate info i needed to make a decision. They made me feel comfortable and secure in knowing they where going to get me through it all. They where able to answer any and all questions I had and helped guide me through every step. Very much deserves the 5 stars

It’s crazy to say.. but this has been one of the best experiences I had with any firm. I came in feeling hopeless, embarrassed and judged. That was not the case, it’s was actually non judgmental, a relief and it put me at ease. The process was fast and thorough. Erik explained every step and answered all my questions. Great service and solid results, highly recommend

This review is long overdue. 10 years in fact. So, why now? Simple. The Michaelsens are *still* improving my life. I couldn't conceive of it during the midst of the turmoil that finally made me look at bankruptcy as an option, and I certainly couldn't conceive of a time when it was finally off my shoulders. You see the black mark is finally gone from my credit. Things have changed for the better. I've been able to accomplish some things I never could, even 6 months ago. Mostly I feel lighter and grateful. The Bankruptcy Law Center of Northern California is the real deal. They will counsel you well, explain your options and truly care about the outcome. I felt like I was in good hands every step of the way. Even now. I specifically remember Erik telling me on more than one occasion that he "hates bullies" and Annie's calm and clear communication help to settle the inevitable nerves that accompany such a huge financial decision. If life makes you find that this is a solution you need to choose for your present and future well-being you can't do better than BLCoNC. I would recommend them over and over, forever, with zero reservations. I wish I could give them 100 stars!

These people are so very easy to work with the bankruptcy process. I was terrified to start the process and just as terrified not to. When I called I immediately knew I called the right attorney, and so very pleased that I did. Everything was explained in terms I could understand. All went well and much easier than I expected and now totally finished. Working with these people was like working with family and I sincerely appreciate them. Needless to say I highly recommend you call them if your considering filing for bankruptcy.
