Jan Marie Hales helped my husband and me create an Estate Plan for our new blended family. Jan explained in easy terms how to manage who gets what, and when and how the resources will be allocated. Estate Planning is imperative to avoid probate and all the cumbersome and expensive processes if you don’t have one. Jan was very professional and patient walking us through the trust structure and the process. For us it was crucial that our children and grandchildren avoid any uncertainty as to their inheritance.
