Phil did such an amazing job helping me with my expungement case. He was never too busy to answer my emails or calls and I am so grateful to have had him work on my case.

Attorney Hache is great to work with. He makes sure that we are on the same page, keeps me updated on the case and that I am personally happy with his strategy. He always responds to my phone calls. Mine was a driving over 100mph case and I didn't expect the ticket to be dismissed to be honest. I was mostly hoping for a lesser impact on the insurance premium, but Attorney Hache was able to dismiss the ticket completely and I am so happy that I have chosen him as my lawyer.

A little embarrassing for me but as it seems I get traffic violations often. My go-to attorney is Mr. Hache every time! I speak to him directly and I appreciate that he is upfront, honest and clear about everything. I hired Philip Hache to defend me on a misdemeanor case. He did a great job for me and was able to get my misdemeanor offense reduced to an infraction. There was no jail time or probation as a result. He then was able to get that infraction dismissed. Along the way he was communicative with me and answered questions that I had. I highly recommend him if you or someone you know is arrested for a criminal offense.

I was in a tough position when I first contacted Phil. I was facing 2 different charges, including a DUI. After discussing my case with several attorneys on the phone, I just had a feeling that Phil was the best guy for the job. And I was right. He was able to get my DUI charge dismissed while the DA was claiming she had a slam dunk case against me. He did not stop there. He goes the extra mile for his clients and does his research before making any decisions. The DA even said said she has not seen any attorney as prepared as Phil in the court before. I lucked out finding Phil because he is a man of his word and he will fight for you. He knows DUI law like the back of his hand. Do not go to other lawyers as they will not put as much effort as Phil does into his cases. Stand up individual who will always get you the best result possible. Phil even keeps up to date with new laws, so much so he is usually more knowledgeable about the law than the DA. So stop worrying and hire Phil and I can promise that you will be in good hands.

Phil is the man! I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs help. He is very good at his job and will work hard for the best possible outcome. I was having a really bad day that made me act out of character which led to the worse day I ever expericened that I would regret for the rest of my life. I was facing serious felonies and misdemeanor charges of a maximum of 30 years in prison. The moment I met him during the consultation I felt confidant that he would be trustworthy of handling my case. Phil is a down to earth person that spent alot of time and effort on my case, I owe this man the world as he was able to help me avoid serious felony charges along with avoiding any jail or prison time. Excellent service. Phil has not only met but exceeded my expectations. I was involved in a matter in which another attorney had represented me. It stagnated in continuances for one year, and minimal (if any) work was ever accomplished. The one and only instance of contact I had received was after I threatened state BAR intervention. After this debacle, I retained Mr. Hache. Phil had been excellent on keeping me abreast with my case. Not only did he vehemently represent me, he managed to secure a much more favorable outcome than I had expected. Phil was easy to contact--never once avoiding a phone call--and answered all questions clearly and competently. His proficiency in law, as demonstrated in his practice, is simply second to none.
