We live in WA and had a CA law based contract dealing with a TX property so with all these moving parts we wanted a top notch CA law firm to provide guidance. I made an appointment to have a consultation with David Almanez the eviction attorney. I waited for 45 minutes for the intake guy, Tyler to check his schedule. We agreed on a time and date, only for him to call me the next day to cancel and try to reschedule a week later. If this is how they treat a prospective client. No Thank you! I wonder if it’s because I live out of state, and the property is located in Los Angeles, and not in Sherman Oaks. Either way it’s obvious he didn’t want my business! It’s a blessing to know this before I gave them my retainer!
