They advertise that they treat you like family and I have to say that they do from the first time i had contact with them I always felt like I was the most important person in the room .5 stars is not enough I truly felt like family and they got me everything I expected and more I am kind of said that my case is over I'll miss having that big brother looking out for me. Michael Ross is amazing! I received a referral after I was in a car accident. I didn't even need to contact Michael as he contacted me first (talk about first class service). He was with me every step of the way. Michael was so thorough with gathering the information needed by the insurance companies and guided me the entire time. He answered all of the questions I had and took his time to make sure I understood the answer. I appreciated Michael's dedication to my case and all of the time and effort he put into working with me. He was always available when I needed to follow up without hesitation.
