Great start from beginning to end. Joseph always kept me updated with my case, handled all repairs, set up all of the appointments, and made sure I was fully recovered. He took the time to explain to me how the case would develop and it would take considerable time to complete. The attorney answered all of my questions too and was super knowledgeable!

He agreed to take my case on contingency. I submitted detailed information on the fraud committed and my loss of $250,00. He waited 5 years to work on it. By then I had gotten some money back. He said that I was only being offered $5000and they did not even want to give me that. He wanted half. Then he sent me a personal check from him. I was told by friends and professionals that the settlement had to be a check from the Company that I was suing. I wa so shook up that I let it go.I will know always wonder if my settlement was really only $5000.

I had the misfortune of being a client of his and I've never seen a lawyer who is capable of so much neglect. On top of which, to get whatever money I was due from a meager settlement was like pulling teeth. Literally my funds were withheld from me for several years while he was telling me one lie on top of another. I believe that had he been better prepared I would have gotten a substantially bigger settlement, which is bad enough, but then to be lied to as to why he won't turn over my funds is unspeakable.
