Some friends were in trouble. They needed help to stay out of jail and get their lives back on track. They went to the Shouse Law Group and a dedicated and aggressive team to fight for them. Nicole Valera, Karthik Krishnan and Daniel Battifora...and rest of the staff showed understanding and compassion and the Shouse Law Group were able to get beneficial results. I know I'll never need a criminal defense lawyer but if anyone I know is looking, Shouse Law Group is the first and only firm I would recommend.

Shouse Law Group is as aggressive, effective, and ethical as you could possibly want a criminal defense firm to be. While I myself have not needed their services personally, when my brother had a run in with the law that could have potentially damaged his position at work- as well as his custody rights over his son- we decided on Shouse Law Group and were very happy with the result. Basically, the criminal aspect of the charge was dropped entirely and all he had to do was pay a meager fine to the City. Nothing was left on his record. I also referred a friend of mine to Shouse Law Group after he was falsely accused of a very serious crime and he too is very happy. DUI Defense Attorney John Murray I was arrested for a DUI and BAC refusal. I was looking at 1 year license suspension, jail time, DUI classes, community service, fees, and much more. I hired John Murray as my DUI defense attorney and he was able to dismiss my entire case. John was very approachable, always returned phone calls, willing to sit with you and answer/explain every question you have. But what I valued most of John was care and diligence he applies to his work. It is very easy for an attorney to give up hope in a tough DUI case but if there is ANY evidence that may help your case.... you can be sure John will find it.

I would NEVER recommend John Murray as an attorney. He’s belittling, laughs constantly at inappropriate times, makes stupid comments as if he gets paid lots of money to do it. My case had a lot of police negligence all of which he said didn’t matter. He wanted to take the easy way out and at no turn did he ever try to help me. All he did was talk to the DA and try to cut “deals” that he thought was my “only option” don’t ever hire this guy. Learn from my mistake because I went and got a real attorney after this experience and my entire case went in another direction that was a much greater outcome. Do not hire John Murray, you’ve been warned !!!

I was charged with vandalism. It was a ridiculous charge but I couldn't afford to have it on my record because I'm applying to be a peace officer. It would have wrecked my career. Mr. Shouse did an amazing job. He met with the District Attorney and the judge repeatedly and finally got them to dismiss the case altogether. I feel that he really understood how important this was for me. Pleading guilty was never an option, and we were both determined to fight it all the way.
