I am writing this review on behalf of my long time friend/partner, Tricia. At 73 years old, it was an awful thought to think of having to claim bankruptcy. It seemed drastic, and I was fearful of many things including the stigma that went along with filing bankruptcy. For many years, I made many attempts to reconcile my debts whether it be directly with lenders/debtors or through debt reconciliation agencies. Somehow, (and I'm sure part of it was due to the fluctuating economy) nothing was working to help me meet my financial obligations... daily, monthly, or annually. I could no longer stand getting nasty, threatening calls and letters/law suit notifications. Sleepless nights were causing me serious health issues, so I decided to research the top bankruptcy attorneys in Los Angeles that I felt could help me. Out of the many that I researched, I decided to contact Wadhwani & Shanfeld, and I'm extremely grateful that I did. It was within a day or so, after contacting the firm, that Mr. Wadhwani (Raj) returned my call. Raj was kind and considerate while speaking with me. He afforded me all the time I needed to explain to him my fears in filing bankruptcy. Also, it wasn't long into our conversation that he was able to rid me of my fears while reassuring me that he would handle "ALL" the issues including the overwhelming annoying calls, nasty letters, and threatening lawsuits. It took a load of stress off of me when he immediately started contacting the debtors. He let them know that he was representing me and that ALL communication should go through him.
