I was trying to file bankruptcy on my own because I was told that it is easy. I went back and forth so many times filling out the massive amounts of paperwork. I was beating myself over the head for a year before I realized the anxiety and stress of the process was consuming me. Asking myself, “Am I filling the forms correctly? Do I have the right address? Am I computing the numbers right?” And so much more. It felt like the weight of the world was on my shoulders. I was literally losing sleep over it. I even attended a seminar offered by my district bankruptcy court. Boy, was that seminar a joke. The instructor, who claimed to be an BK attorney, had little knowledge and could not answer most questions. Most of the participants and I left after the lunch break. Excellent attorney. Greg is very understanding and makes you feel very comfortable. You can tell he really cares about his clients. My only negative experience would be with some of the staff members. ladies seem rushed and a bit annoyed when you contact them with questions.
