I was treated more than fairly it's so hard to get to this point and William Schultz was outstanding. I appreciate being treated with dignity and respect I can't say enough about this experience.

Called to ask about an item showing up on my credit report I had no idea about. The operator informed me she would transfer me to the appropriate party...then the line went dead...

The two people I spoke with were super nice. I called to pay off a debt I owed. Obed was the person who ended up helping me out. He was super friendly and patient and offered to mail me a paid in full letter. I think if you’re running from these guys and not trying to pay them then yeah you’re going to have problems. So far my experience was as good as it can get with a debt collector

I recieved calls from this buisness at ridiculous times of the day from 6am to 830pm PST! (8a-6p afte tuber only times i will conduct buisness. Never would they disclose they are a debt collection Agency and always asked for a member of the home who had already passed away.

Very poor customer service and they seem like a scam. I understand now why their ratings are this low.

I had a good experience with this collection agency, they let me set my payment up for a later date, wavied the convenice fee and also are deleting the account off my credit as if it never went to collections. Thank you for being so nice and helpful!

This collections took my payment and charged me double its been a full week and nobody can tell me wether or not they are going to reimburse me for the double payment. Everytime i ask to speak with a manager they say they aren't around. Worst collection agency in the world. I am highly frustrated and wish i never paid them the collection amount. At that i paid in full with no hesitation.

These people are very rude I understand I need to pay my debt which I’m not complaining about . First I never received a first notice from my school when I received a letter from them saying it went into collections. The lady over the phone basically said well why didn’t you call us and I said well because I wanted to resolve the issue first through them to understand where their letter is but she immediately cut me off and said well the issue ain’t neither here or there so how do you want to pay all now or in payments I only make so much. I chose payments but told her I didn’t get paid till next week but I have to settle what I have to pay first she wanted my card information right then and there . I never wana speak on the phone with them I rather pay it through online or a different way they are rude .

They can't even send out emails. I just spoke with a horrible manager and employee. They didn't want to take the time for a payment nor give me information on how to make payments on my own. Extremely childish you can tell the who entire office is trash. Then they called me back continuously not saying anything.
